After community approval of a land purchase at the March 2006 School
District Meeting, a School Site Planning Committee was established by the
Auburn School Board. From this committee, a public relations and fundraising
subcommittee consisting of
The State of Our School (SOOS) committee is an organization of parents and community members concerned about the lack of space and the programming needs at Auburn Village School and its impact on the education of the children of Auburn. We are focused on providing information to Auburn’s citizens about the current status of our school as well as reporting on the progress of alternatives that enhance programming and alleviate space needs and offer students greater educational opportunities.
